A deposit of 50% by bank transfer or credit card is required to secure the booking. Balance of the payment is required on arrival by arrangements with the owners.

Payment of the deposit constitutes the guest’s acceptance of these terms and conditions.

For cancellation within 72 hours of booking commencement, money paid is not refundable unless the Cottage is re-let. If notice of cancellation is provided more than 72 hours prior to booking commencement a refund will be made. In all cases where a refund is made, a $30.00 cancellation fee will apply.

The standard check-in time is 2pm on the day of arrival and check-out is 10am unless otherwise arranged.

Araluen Park Cottages is a smoke free environment.

Araluen Park Cottages is on part of a property which is covered by a conservation covenant and is not suitable for pets.

A guided walk to experience the native flora and fauna on the property is included in the tariff, if desired.

Minimum stay applies during Christmas and Easter and some public holiday weekends.

Ask about package deals for those special occasions. We are happy to tailor packages to suit your individual requirements.
